What is the Homeschool Creative Writing Online Co-op?


      The Online Writing Co-op is an eight week course for homeschool students in grades 9 -12. It is designed to stretch your skills and  imagination to help you write and think more creatively. It provides interaction with peers and personalized feedback and guidance from your instructor.

      This co-op is designed to develop and reinforce good writing skills. Think of it as cross training for writing. Using a variety of lessons, assignments, suggested activities, and peer and instructor interaction, you will be encouraged to develop your skills. No stress allowed. Writing is a process - with practice and the right tools anyone can improve.



Why should you improve your writing?

     Because writing is a necessary skill for life. Writing goes hand in hand with good communication and you need to communicate in every walk of life. You may not have aspirations of becoming the next Great American Novelist, and that's okay. Not everyone wants to accomplish that. Not everyone wants to be a Nascar driver either, but they can learn to drive.
